Chef Martin
At the young age of 8, Martin fell in love with the art of cooking. He had many different influences throughout the years but his top 3 were Julia Child, Al Roker and Emeril Lagassee.
He was not only influenced by watching the great chefs cook on tv, but he was also influenced at home by watching his mother, grandmother and aunt.
I remember calling my mom at work and asking her to bring me certain ingredients for whatever recipe I had learned that day. And as odd as it was for a mom to actually buy those ingredients and watch her young son cook, my mom actually did. She supervised of course, but all in all she let me cook.
